Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unlit (for candles), with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that accepted returns will need to be sent to the following address: West Nakhalpara, Tejgaon, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery (preferably in front of the courier agent). If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please take a clear picture or video and contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund.
Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item for a different variant or product, please notify us within 7 days. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send the exchange item. Note: Delivery charges for exchanges due to personal choice will be borne by the customer.
Return Shipping Fee

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by us, Studio Finds will cover the delivery charge.

If the return/exchange is requested due to a change of mind or personal choice, the customer will need to pay the return shipping fee.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days via Mobile Banking (bKash / Nagad / Rocket) or Bank Transfer.
