Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Studio Finds, we aim to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible across Bangladesh.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends (Fridays) or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Inside Dhaka: 2–3 business days. Delivery Charge: 70 BDT.

  • Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days. Delivery Charge: 130 BDT.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during sales, holidays, or unexpected weather delays.

Order Tracking & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all eligible locations in Bangladesh.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message/call with courier tracking details.

Damaged Package During Delivery Please check the package upon receipt (in front of the delivery person if possible). If the item arrives damaged or broken, please take a clear photo/video and notify us immediately via WhatsApp or Call at 01580339362.
